 What’s After High School?

A Conversation for La Crosse Area Families

What’s After High School? offers families a broad overview of the transition to adult life for young adults with disabilities and special health care needs. The event is most helpful for families with children ages 14 - 21 and providers who support them. Parents are welcome to bring their teens along to this session.

We’ll cover:

• Planning for the future

• Your school’s role

• Long-term supports

• Employment resources

• Moving to adult healthcare

• Supported Decision-Making & Guardianship

• Being part of your community

When: Wednesday, September 11, 5:00 to 6:15
