10K start: 7:30 am on 2nd & Pearl Street (in front of La Crosse Center)
5K Run/Walk start: 7:50 am on 2nd & State Street (near Ross Furniture). Runners first, then walkers may begin.
Kid’s Race start: 10 am in Riverside Park (open to children 10 and under)

Register in person and packet pick-up: July 2nd, from 4-8 pm at Snap Fitness Bluffside (1806 State Rd. 16)
and July 3rd, from 9 am - 6 pm, at the Radisson Hotel in the Wisconsin room (200 Harborview Plaza, downtown La Crosse).
Race day: Registration and packet pick up starting at 5:30am.

Age categories
5K Run/Walk & 10K: for men and women: Under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80 & up
Medals are awarded to the top man and woman finishers in each age group for both the 5K Run/Walk and 10K
Each participant receives a shirt and a ticket to the pancake breakfast in the park
Kid’s Race: Open to kids 10 and under Staggered starts for different age groups. All kid’s race participants will receive a t-shirt, finisher’s ribbon, ice cream, and goody bag
